All Snow GFS thru Dec 23rd
This is the All-Snow GFS and the models are looking better for our predicted storm for Tahoe. In fact, maybe a little too good, as the preceding runs were not as bullish so keep that in mind. The storm is still running a little early, hitting Thursday afternoon, but as most of you know by now, Lake Tahoe has a higher tolerance on our Long-Range Predictions Chart, due to its unique storm track.
That system moves east and should hit Utah and Colorado Friday. It is weakening as it moves east, as of now, but I expect this storm to be a similar one as the current storm exiting Colorado this morning.
